Fermentation weights

Beautiful in the hand and to look at -  designed to hold down a jar of veggies while they ferment. These will fit perfectly in a Fowlers jar, a Mason or Ball jar - can stack in a smaller jar, and keep the veg under your brine. 

Hand made using stoneware clay.

The weights are glazed on top with a clear gloss and come with a calico bag for storing.

Each one approx 7cm L x 4cm W x 3cm H

Diameter of all three approx 9.5cm

It's one thing to use a rock or some marbles - but to have these on hand to use with all of the different ferments I have going is a joy.
