Honoured with the prestigious Melbourne Food and Wine Legend award for contributions to food advocacy and production, Sharon has dedicated three decades to perfecting the art of fermentation.

Author of Ferment for Good (Hardie Grant Books, 2017) and Wild Drinks (Hardie Grant Books, 2022), and owner of iconic Australian wild fermentation business - The Fermentary.

Sharon started The Fermentary knowing her true love was sharing recipes and ancient fermentation techniques.

Now, it is her joy and great honour to create this series of workshops for you.
