Our gorgeous milk kefir won us ‘Best New Product’ early on as manufacturers, by delicious magazine. We felt embarrassed because it’s not a new product - it’s a very very old product. freeze into icy poles
flavour with syrup
add to a smoothie
strain into labneh for spreads and dips
catch the whey to make a wild whey soda
add to cream to make butter
So versatile and so so powerful that you can also make more kefir! When your bottle has only a third left - pour milk into the bottle - mix well and let sit on the counter overnight. You’ll have a new bottle and can keep doing this for about 4 rotations at least. Magic.
