Each month, we deliver your favourite ferments straight from our fermentary to your door. Our subscriptions take the guesswork out of maintaining a consistent fermentation practice – you get quality kefir pouches, expert guidance through monthly videos, and the recipes you need to make fermentation part of your everyday routine.

This is the way to get the 'hand made' straight to you - with some involvement from you - but none of the commitment. I have designed this because frankly, sending water & milk kefir in bottles is not a great solution. The milk and water kefir pouches fix that! We do the work and you do the fun part. 

Every subscription includes access to more recipes, new flavours and videos containing important insights into how to properly enjoy and maintain a good routine for gut health. This has been developed from years of teaching workshops and writing about gut health, and knowing what stops a lot of people from fermenting at home.

This is also available as a gift subscription - we know how you love to nurture other guts once you've seen the difference it has in your life. Gift one to a new mum, someone who has been unwell (had loads of anitbiotics), in the midst of a life change, home from a trip and left with a strange tummy, (even better for those about to go on a trip!), also people with allergies, autoimmune conditions - or about to head into surgery.
