Kimchi

There are so many kimchi styles - mostly we have Baechu For ease of eating we have chosen Baechu Kimchi - which really just translates to kimchi made with a Napa Cabbge (Wombok) base. With seasonal additions made in small batches for our subscription club only - you'll find 3 main Kimchi's in fridges all over - and here on the website of course.  

BAEK KIMCHI  - white kimchi - no chilli, but fish sauce. So so good.
