Baechu kimchi simply means kimchi made with a napa cabbage (wombok) base - the most versatile style for everyday eating. We make small batches with seasonal additions for our subscription club, and keep three core varieties available:
Baek Kimchi - White kimchi with no chilli but includes fish sauce. Delicate and delicious.
Baechu Kimchi (Original) - Traditional fermented cabbage with chilli and fish sauce.
Baechu Kimchi (Vegan) - All the flavour, no fish sauce.

To keep your Kimchi fresh, we dispatch via express post (Mondays and Tuesdays only) in insulated packaging with ice packs. Ensure someone can receive your parcel or arrange pickup within 24 hours.
