Oranges and their peels are burnt and cooked with rosemary, cinnamon, coriander star anise and other spices to make our signature syrup for this drink. It is a little bitter, like Aperol and goes well poured over a block of ice and sipped. Replaces a cocktail equally well as it accompanies a coffee or simply as a pick me up any time of day.

It is well known to have over 30 different strains of lactic acid bacteria and yeasts - similar to the break down of Milk kefir.
