Simply pour into a jar, add your favorite fruits, herbs, or spices, and let it sit at room temperature for 12-24 hours. Your water kefir will infuse with gorgeous flavors and develop a natural, gentle effervescence. Strain and refrigerate, or enjoy it as-is.
