Natasha Morgan's syrups are from down the road in Daylesford. We spent some very long and lovely days shooting many photos from my first book in Natasha's workshop and garden, and have held several workshops there as well. So we are honoured to be able to offer a solution to your kefir (milk and water) and kombucha flavouring needs. 

They go beautifully with milk kefir, and this limited special gives you the grains to make your own milk kefir and the syrup to drink it with!  This was mentioned on @thefermentary instagram video on the 2nd of June 2021.

Your milk kefir grains will come plump and vibrant, and are enough to make 500mls  straight away. You'll receive illustrated instructions and you can go ahead and join our FB group 'Ferm Fam if you'd like a supportive forum or place to ask questions. 

A good Milk kefir SCOBY is able to bring life back to pasteurised milk, (even UHT!) -  and will make a gorgeous creamy life-giving, gut enriching drink within a day or two. (We like 48 hours).   Your milk kefir can also make easy, delicious cultured butter, labneh, smoothies, all kinds of cheeses, whey soda - you name it. There are many ways to extend your milk kefir knowledge in my book Ferment for Good.  Check out further information on our recipe pages. 

You'll need to have a large jar, a strainer of some sort, and another jar to put the milk kefir into while you ferment the next batch. xx

This can be shipped Australia-wide.  It does not need to be refrigerated.
