The first ferment that arrives every month makes it so easy for me to do the second ferment. I’m loving my second ferment. It makes a refreshing drink. I’ve experimented with a few things and am loving my strawberry feijoa red grape and black pepper with either your syrups or I made some feijoa syrup and some lily pilly syrup which made it delicious Cheers Heather 🧑🌾🌸

Love my monthly Water Works kit and the additions of syrups to try or add for 2nd ferment. This month the change of direction to include Kimchi paste was a lovely surprise! Have been adding it to Smashed Avo on Sourdough, salads and more. Love the introduction. Will be ordering more now!

I've tried using the water kefir SCOBY and always messed it up, mainly because I was travelling frequently in those days and would forget to care for the SCOBY. The first brew water kefir is the answer and I am loving it! Regular deliveries, the inclusion of delicious syrups, makes it so easy to have delicious healthy drinks all the time.
