A good sesame oil is beautiful drizzled over anything; not just our kimchi and rice. It goes well anywhere; think of where you like to have the nutty flavours of tahini - (also made from sesame!) - over yoghurt, roast pumpkin and broccoli - any veggies, eggs or crunchy bread, salad dressings too.
We have loved and supported our friends at Wadaman for many, many years now - and particularly love the roasty toasty flavour of it. But HERE we are!! It's 2026 and we have our own Australian Grown Sesame Seeds and Sesame Oil from the people at TOSTĒ.
Adding it at the end helps preserve its beautiful aroma and flavour so don't waste this by cooking it.
Both oils pair naturally so well with our Kimchi with a sprinkle of sesame seeds - but also goes with any Korean and other Asian foods. We love it just on rice with our Kimchi Paste.

Rich and deeply nutty, with warm toasted aromas and the naturally robust character of black sesame. It is particularly delicious with kimchi, rice, noodles, dumplings, grilled meats and BBQ dishes.
