Kraut Tonic - Caraway Sauerkraut Juice

Salty, sour, and a little bit nutty - this is pure sauerkraut juice from our barrels of Caraway Sauerkraut. No dilution, no additions, just poured off the kraut and packed.
It's the part of the ferment most people tip down the sink, and honestly it's one of the best things we make. Perfect if you love the taste of kraut but don't always want to eat the cabbage.
How to use it:
- A small shot in the morning, straight up
- A salty, sour sip after a long, hot run - plenty of our runners and cyclists swear by it
- In dirty martinis, Bloody Marys or margaritas
- As a base for salad dressings or mustard
- Mixed into guacamole or vegan cheese
Start with a tablespoon and work up. Sip slowly.
This product is available online only and therefore now comes in a 1L pourable spouted pouch - not the glass bottles as pictured. Decant into a glass bottle or jar upon delivery. Keep refrigerated. This is available in a bundle for those of you who are hard core into it. x
