Salty, sour and a little bit nutty. Take a swig first thing in the morning or sip throughout the day - some people add it to a dirty martini or a margarita. Others use it in dressings, to start off a vegan cheese... into a guacomole, to make mustard with etc. This is the juice from the barrels of Caraway Sauerkraut - straight up - bottled just like that. It is a bit of a powerhouse actually.
Great for your gut - particularly if you have trouble digesting actual cabbage and need a place to start. A well known Eastern European pick me up - cure-all and great after sport. Sip slowly.
