Please note we have on backorder - stainless steel tap as an extra so that the acid in Kombucha, Shrubs, Switchel etc doesn't corrode the plastic. Try the system out and if you're using it - I'd suggest ordering the tap as well. x
This is also ideal of course - for less fermenty applications like chilling sangria, or infusing water with cucumber and mint, or just ice cold water when you need it.
