We securely ship all SCOBYs, live cultures, and refrigerated items via express post every Monday and Tuesday.
Please note we are unable to ship cold items, SCOBYs and live cultures to PO Boxes or internationally.
In the rare event that any item purchased from our online store arrives faulty, we are committed to providing a prompt replacement or full refund.

This is a new favourite. Wait what? All of our ferments are a favourite of someones, but this is fast becoming a big seller - up there with the OG's. Not to replace of our dill pickles -but to tide you over when the pickles are all done, with glorious flavours - garlic, a hint of chilli, a touch of fresh dill, dill seeds, black pepper, some coriander seeds - all fermented together to eat on your fork from the jar - or with food on a plate, at a table.
Bagel with cream cheese? Add dilly kraut. Salmon? Dilly Kraut. BURGERS? Dilly Kraut. Tempeh too plain to admit? Dilly kraut. Like that. It goes with everything. x
