I purchased these for my Father in Law after he discovered supermarket “Kimchi”. I knew he needed to try a real, living ferment to understand the difference. He was like a kid at Christmas when he got his delivery. He is well and truly a convert to The Fermentary. I am always impressed with the quality and care that go into all the products.❤️

Six pack of krauts arrived in terrific condition, well packed and still cold. So pleased I can receive these by mail now in QLD. The krauts are delicious, the flavours are so well balanced. I will try the pack with kimchi next. Thank you for making these available to us.
