Wakame & Ginger Kraut

Hand harvested from Victorian seas, this feels like a gift. A gingery seaweedy kraut will elevate sushi, veggie bowls, noodles, salads or enjoyed on its own sprinkled with seeds and a little sesame oil. Sea kraut and eat it. 

(Mekabu is the thick root of the Wakame plant.)

Must be kept refrigerated - it is full of life!

Ingredients: Cabbage, Australian sea salt, Wakame, mekabu,  ginger, , white pepper, pink peppercorns.
