I have been encouraging my workshop people for a long time not to fuss too much about the right jar - any jar can be used - and you can work an airlock system or airtight lid out no matter what - either with water or salt bags, or soemthing like this. And after many requests just to supply something - here they are. Having a set of these can certainly make life easier as they make a versatile airlock fermentation lid.

Also - if you have been looking to replace cling film in your kitchen, these are the best! After testing many different beeswax wraps, silicone bowls, and jar cover sets, this is a design that works and lasts. I do love beeswax cloths for some things... but the way this grips onto various size jars is pleasing. 

These tough silicone stretch lids are thicker than most on the market, so they don’t go baggy like bad elastic or rip when you stretch them. I’ve used the first test set myself for over a year now, and they are still going strong.

Best of all, they are plastic-free, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer safe.
