I consider Tess a good friend however we only just met a few years ago - in the shop in Fitzroy North! (Yes - I also met Jeff in my shop!.... oh I met LOTS of you there - I still miss that so much!)

Tess is one of those people who has energy transfer. She walks into a room and it starts buzzing. She is endlessly curious, appears tireless and her enthusiasm for people 'doing stuff' encourages everyone to do stuff too. Any stuff. She also expects the best of people and makes them want to live up to that; to her standards - which are high.  She is a knowlege collector and shares her wisdom with a rare passion. And freely. I want you to know her.

I came across in Tess all on my own via one of her books in a bookstore in Melbourne years ago called The Blender Girl.  There were a couple of fermenting recipes in it which surprised me for a book with that title -  but which is what attracted me to it - also she was an Aussie based in the US at the time, which I once was, so we had 2 things in common.

One day she walked into my shop - signed up for a workshop, came to it - asked amazing questions, seemed to know a LOT about good food and eating for gut health and  I felt like a student again. I didn't know she was the Tess from that book - just that I liked being in her orbit. (One day the penny dropped and I got her to sign her book. x :)

Tess is well known for a lot of very different things - (voice over artist, actor, presenter, podcaster, author, coach to name a few). She has led an amazing life -  but! Her educational and supportive SK60 program is a life's work in itself and I don't know how she's churned it all out!  Every time I hop into the portal of her program I am in awe. Thousands of recipes, everything fairly unique and ahead of its time - and most importantly - always delicious.

You can learn more about Tess and listen to loads of amazing people from varying fields in her podcast called 'It has to be me'.

Tess and I made several fermentation videos that are in the catalogue of recipes on her program: how to make sauerkraut, brined veg and talking all things fermenting. (There are literally thousands of recipes on there). The education part is second to none (there is almost TOO much information... you might feel overwhelmed were it not for Tess and her dieticians focusing on the individual and getting your digestive enzymes, gut motility and microbes buzzing. This is not one of those dumbing you down programs - it is something you will lean into and take with you forever.

They show how you can get your body working with you (and without the need for a GLP-1's for example). Or if you are as well.

You need to be dedicated and focused for the first little while - but it's all worth it because good gut health at any age - but particularly for us over 40's is priceless. And this program works.

Feel free to ask me any questions. Tess runs this program several times a year - so you can  join when you are ready for your new ERA. xx
