Ferment for Good has SCOBY fermenting - drinks - kimchi- krauts - miso etc and is very personal with stories and (hopefully) relateable experiences in fermentation. Wild Drinks was written as a way to get more fizz and life into more people. All drinks - including the SCOBY ones - but in a deeper way. When I wrote WIld Drinks I had been in business and fermenting more widely for longer, and I think this shows in the recipes. Sake, Makgeolli, Mead, Country Wine, Kombucha, Kvass, Kefir etc. I hope you enjoy reading them both and find some kind of shared passion in there too. x
