Emiko Davies Book Launch Event Thursday 30 November 2023
The Fermentary is thrilled to host bestselling author Emiko Davies for a very special night. Join us to celebrate the launch of Emiko's sixth book, Gohan: Everyday Japanese Cooking.
Emiko will demonstrate that special technique of a Japanese egg roll, how to make a beautiful dashi and miso soup, and natto, and together we'll make a special furikake mix, finishing it all up by making onigiri and enjoying them together.
Tickets are limited for this very special event; both demonstration and hands on aspects, with yummy miso soup and onigiri to eat together at the end.
Includes a copy of Emiko's new book and a little packet of your own furikake to take home.
