Authentic Japanese hand made Miso, made from certified bio-dynamic Australian rice, soybeans and sea salt and naturally fermented for at least 10 months. Our miso is a small batch, traditionally crafted and true to Japanese form. Made in Daylesford, Victoria by Kaori Takahashi, of Kaokao this miso is rich in probiotics and enzymes.
