Our events are usually paperless - you'll receive information by email.

Your name on our list with the number of tickets you purchase will be on a list that we check upon guests arrival. So we are not mailing tickets, and you only need to bring yourself and your guest if you booked for more than one.

Some collaborative events might have different rules - this will be in the email you'll receive upon booking.

Learn to brew healthy, naturally fizzy gut enriching drinks. In a small group setting - there'll be:

  • a little Mead discovery
  • Rye Kvass show and tell
  • Rhubarb fizz 
  • make Beet Kvass
  • make Whey soda
  • Water Kefir demonstration
  • demonstration Kombucha & Jun
  • make a kombucha or jun second ferment

Depending on the season - and what we have you'll go home with something like:

  • a bottle you've flavoured yourself for second fermenting (Kombucha, Jun or Water kefir)
  • a bottle of whey soda you've flavoured to ferment further at home
  • ginger bug to work on
  • Beet Kvass to ferment at home
  • a copy of Wild Drinks by Sharon Flynn

This is a fun and easy class for those who are first time dabblers in fermenting as well as the more experienced who are looking for a bit of guidance and hands on experience.
