White tea undergoes minimal processing, being simply picked and dried. In contrast to black tea, white tea maintains a delicate and subtle taste with lower astringency.

'GHOST 2.0' White Tea- 200g

A reincarnation of Kuura's first white tea from 2017, Ghost. Picked and then dried directly in the sun, providing a very simple expression of the characteristics of Yunnan’s unique tea resources. Thick and plush, with ample sweetness and floral fragrance that surfaces steep after steep. Ageing over the years to come will turn flowers into honey, and a darker coloured liquor.

'I can't believe it's not honey' Aged Chinese White Tea - 360g

This aged shoumei white tea was picked and pressed in Fujian in 2014, and was then stored in Guangzhou for several years. Chinese white teas such as this are known for their fragrance and sweetness, and the solid storage and age on this tea lends itself well to those aspects. Depending on how strong you brew the tea, the flavours can range from light and softly sweet and fragrant, to thick and rich, with a smooth and very satisfying honey-like character, hence the name.
