Roasted koji cha is a non-caffeine / gluten-free tea with a gentle sweetness and caramel-like flavours. This tea is roasted over a high flame to a medium roast using our hand-crafted rice koji.

Ingredients

Rice koji:White rice, Koji starter(Aspergillus oryzae)

We securely ship all SCOBYs, live cultures, and refrigerated items via express post every Monday and Tuesday for a flat fee of $7.50.

In the rare event that any item purchased from our online store arrives faulty, we are committed to providing a prompt replacement or full refund.
