Wild Drinks Workshop - Acre of Roses

Step into the world of wild fermentation in the enchanting Potting Shed at Acre of Roses, where ancient fermenting traditions meet seasonal abundance.

In this hands-on three-hour workshop, you'll discover the art of crafting four distinctive wild ferments: golden Mead steeped in history, the effervescent magic of Ginger Bug sodas, elegant Rhubarb Champagne, and tropical Tepache. Working with seasonal produce and herbs harvested fresh from Acre of Roses' apothecary garden, you'll learn the techniques and confidence to continue your fermenting journey at home.

You'll leave with a curated collection of live ferments to enjoy and propagate: second-ferment Water Kefir ready to drink, Beet Kvass ready to ferment, your choice of live culture starter (Water Kefir grains, Kombucha SCOBY, or Ginger Bug), and a signed copy of Wild Drinks to guide your ongoing adventures in fermentation.
