Kombucha, Jun, Mead & Water Kefir

Sunday 12, May - 10 am: General Admission

Learn to brew healthy, fizzy gut enriching drinks. You'll go home with 3 large jars full to be nurtured and ferment at home in your own kitchen of Mead, Beet Kvass, Kombucha and Water Kefir with the SCOBY - and a bottle of second fermenting water kefir that'll be ready the next day. 

This is a fun and easy class for those who are first time dabblers in fermenting as well as the more experienced who are looking for a bit of guidance and hands on experience.


Our events are usually paperless - you'll receive information by email.

Your name on our list with the number of tickets you purchase will be on a list that we check upon guests arrival. So we are not mailing tickets, and you only need to bring yourself and your guest if you booked for more than one.

Some collaborative events might have different rules - this will be in the email you'll receive upon booking.
