HAVE A GO is a collaboration between chef Jo Barrett and photographer Jana Langhorst, who just happens to have taken the photos of much of this website too!

Each issue covers a specific cooking technique with simple instruction and lots of photos so cooking along is easy and gets results.

Previous hesitations around making feta or mozarella cheese can be put aside with this approachable technical guide - sourdough and Croissants are layed out and made approachable. 

We can't wait to see more from these two.


We have paired the cheese magazines with culture, rennet, a press and cheesecloth for a great present, but these are available just as the 'zine as well.

We securely ship all SCOBYs, live cultures, and refrigerated items via express post every Monday and Tuesday for a flat fee of $7.50.

In the rare event that any item purchased from our online store arrives faulty, we are committed to providing a prompt replacement or full refund.
