Our events are usually paperless - you'll receive information by email.

Your name on our list with the number of tickets you purchase will be on a list that we check upon guests arrival. So we are not mailing tickets, and you only need to bring yourself and your guest if you booked for more than one.

Make a home-brew of ancient sake, a healthy, enzyme-rich traditional drink using koji—which we will also show in its stages. Take home a jar ready to mash into Doburoku, koji to make some amazake, Australian, rain-fed biodynamic rice, and koji spores to make your own Koji at home. 

Come and celebrate Japan's national fungus and ancient style of home-brewed sake.
