Wakame & Ginger Kraut
Description
Hand harvested from Victorian seas, this feels like a gift. A gingery seaweedy kraut will elevate sushi, veggie bowls, noodles, salads or enjoyed on its own sprinkled with seeds and a little sesame oil. Sea kraut and eat it.
(Mekabu is the thick root of the Wakame plant.)
Must be kept refrigerated - it is full of life!
Ingredients: Cabbage, Wakame 1 %, Australian sea salt, ginger 15, mekabu, white pepper, pink peppercorns.
Delivery
We securely ship all SCOBYs, live cultures, and refrigerated items via express post every Monday and Tuesday for a flat fee of $7.50.
In the rare event that any item purchased from our online store arrives faulty, we are committed to providing a prompt replacement or full refund.
Please note we are unable to ship cold items to PO Boxes or internationally.
