It's almost one year since Sharon's second book Wild Drinks was released and we want to celebrate! Also - summer is approaching and healthy, fizzy gut enriching drinks will be needed - so come along and make yourself (and your people) 4 of our easiest and best summer drinks.
You'll go home with 3 large jars full to be nurtured and ferment at home in your own kitchen of Mead, Beet Kvass, Kombucha and Water Kefir with the SCOBY - and a bottle of second fermenting water kefir that'll be ready the next day.
This is a fun and easy class for those who are first time dabblers in fermenting as well as the more experienced who are looking for a bit of guidance and hands on experience.
