A blend of vegan Kimchi juice from the barrel and spent dates from our Water Kefir.  Thickened with Rice Flour - this sauce captures two sides of The Fermentary in one little bottle. Delicious on eggs, rice, mixed with Mayo it can make anything taste better.


Kimchi juice (liquid drawn from fermented wombok, daikon, carrot, garlic, ginger, spring onions, Korean Chilli powder, celtic sea salt, Raw suagr, tamari),water kefir fermented dates (sugar drawn out in water kefir ferment), rice flour.

Shelf Life

Use 6 months from opening, keep refrigerated.
