In the first of our mini-Hakkō workshops, we're going to introduce you to rice koji and how you can make it at home. We'll then be doing some marinating with shio koji. Finally will also be showing you how to make doburoku and you can taste some we already have fermenting. We'll also have some nibbles, with our sake lees crackers.
