Sharon will demonstrate the process of making some of her most popular and loved ferments including water kefir; milk kefir; traditional sauerkraut; and kimchi. You’ll get up to your elbows in cabbage making each product under Sharon’s careful guidance and walk away with jars of your own ferments, equipped with the confidence to continue your fermenting journey at home.
