Learn to make your own Sake through an ancient technique known as Bodaimoto, that relies purely on the simple, magical alchemy of rice, koji, water, time...some tender and also a bit of patience.  This is a 3 step process which we'll start in house.  You'll take home stage one in a  jar - and a bag of koji for step 2 which you'll do at home.

I'll make some Amazake for tasting, and go over that process so you can do that at home. Amazake is a sweet, more immediate (overnight) drink made with rice and koji, often used for energy, healing and for more and more - for a natural sweetener.  In Japan this is sometimes heralded as 'immediate energy'. 


Our events are usually paperless - you'll receive information by email.

Your name on our list with the number of tickets you purchase will be on a list that we check upon guests arrival. So we are not mailing tickets, and you only need to bring yourself and your guest if you booked for more than one.

Some collaborative events might have different rules - this will be in the email you'll receive upon booking.
