Ferment for GIFTS
At the gorgeous Daylesford Longhouse, we'll make ferments to keep or to give for the season ahead.
Nocino, mustard, a hot sauce and sushi ginger - ferments that don't bubble and boil but simmer quietly and would be the perfect gifts. (includes all you need for Nocino, jars all labelled and ready with instructions for gifting, or keeping for yourself of course).
We'll also make a large batch of kraut each to take home to ferment - ready to be jarred in a couple of weeks as a present to give.
There'll be plenty of cultures, books and other fermenty gift ideas too.
