Ferment for GIFTS
At the gorgeous Daylesford Longhouse, we'll make ferments to keep or to give over the season ahead.
Nocino, lime pickle, mustard, sushi ginger, and sake lees crackers - ferments that don't bubble and boil but simmer quietly and would be the perfect gifts. (includes all you need for Nocino, jars all labelled and ready with instructions for gifting, or keeping for yourself of course).
We'll make sure to bring plenty of cultures, books and other fermenty gift ideas too.
