Barley (Mugi) Miso- 300g

Barley miso is mainly produce and eaten in the Kyushu region, fermented for over 9 months, from 99.9% Australian ingredients.  It has a strong barley aroma but is still mild and slightly sweet in flavour.  Use it as you would any other type of miso.
