HAKKO ~ Chef’s Table with Reiko Hayashi - ALL ABOUT KOJI

General Admission: Friday July 19th - 7pm
Rieko’s intimate dinners usually centre around, and celebrate Koji and sometimes the byproduct of Sake - Sake Kasu. This dinner is no different however it will depend on what is in season! This is slow dining and a chefs menu.
Rieko will be using the Moromi from our mushroom garum as well as shio-koji and various Japanese ferments.  This dinner will be at our communal table and Rieko will be doing a show and tell and question and answer as we go.  
Includes drinks chosen by Rieko. 



Our events are usually paperless - you'll receive information by email.

Your name on our list with the number of tickets you purchase will be on a list that we check upon guests arrival. So we are not mailing tickets, and you only need to bring yourself and your guest if you booked for more than one.

Some collaborative events might have different rules - this will be in the email you'll receive upon booking.
