We didn't mean for this to be a popular ferment - but it fast became one. The flavours from our own miso blended with vegan kimchi juice and mustard seeds and fermented together for months make for a memorable condiement. Try slathering this over a cauliflower before roasting. Rich and full of umami this is mustard like no other.


Mustard Seeds (yellow and brown) Miso (soybeans, rice, aspergillus oryzae, salt), kimchi juice ( liquid drawn from fermented wombok, daikon, carrot, garlic, ginger, spring onions, Korean Chilli powder, celtic sea salt, Raw suagr, tamari)
