This crock is ideal for making miso, kimchi, and other ferments, and takes functional art serioulsy. Minna Graham, local ceramicist from Hepburn Springs is known for her beautiful and functional pieces. The nature of this crock ensures optimal fermentation conditions, while the natural ceramic material promotes a healthy environment for beneficial bacteria to thrive.

As these are hand made - they are all uniques and there is subtle variation in shape, colour, and texture.

Each pot includes a weight.

We securely ship all SCOBYs, live cultures, and refrigerated items via express post every Monday and Tuesday for a flat fee of $7.50.
