All you need for a cook up or maybe even part of a BBQ feast (vegan!). Fermented corn is cut into 'ribs' that are perfect for knawing on. Yum. You can eat them raw if you like - however, we like to put them on the BBQ and paint them in kimchi paste, plum vinegar, and a little of the brine so that even if you cook the corn, the brine is FULL of life so it's good to add to the sauce. Food for life.
2 x 500g jar of lacto-fermented corn ribs in the brine ($14.50 per jar retail)
1 x 350g jar of kimchi paste (usually $14.50-)
1 x 500ml bottle of 7-year clay pot fermented brown rice vinegar: PLUM (usually $35-)
