The most important part of Kimchi is a really good Kimchi Paste. Using Gochugaru (real Korean chilli) which gives off a long, gentle warmth, along with loads of ginger, garlic, and a touch of tamari & sugar, this an important part of a delicous kimchi. We ferment the paste for 1-3 months to add a depth to the flavour. 

This is the exact mix we use for our Award Winning Kimchi. 

It will keep for at least 6 months in your fridge, and beyond Kimchi, can be used for marinades, stir-fries and mixed through mayo or mustard - on rice or in noodles, as a dip, on the side of eggs - on bread or toast. So many ways to enjoy that you'll rely on it. 

This jar will give you enough to make 2 small batches of Kimchi.
