Rich, salty and sweet this is great on anything (I love to drizzle it on tomatoes).

Like a supercharged soy sauce, extra savoury goodness harnessed by the power of koji. 

We’ve had people covet this as a Vegemite replacement too.

Use in place of soy sauce in any recipe for extra umami depth. Coating food for a few hours/overnight will activate its enzymatic power. Marinating proteins (chicken/fish) will tenderise meats. 

Best before: 1 year in the fridge or 6 months room temperature

Storage: Keep refrigerated and use a sanitised spoon to prevent cross contamination
