Cinnamon, Maple Syrup, Turmeric and Vanilla Milk Kefir
For 750mls of milk kefir - remembering to go by taste...
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of turmeric (or a golden powder for those latte's popular at the moment)
a glug/2 tablespoons of maple syrup or other sweetener
1 teaspoon of vanilla paste
Remember these quantities are just my preference, always pop in the amount you'd like. Cinnamon is very healthy if you buy the good stuff, so lots of that, less turmeric, much less vanilla and a dash of maple. Use the best quality of these I guess, (because you've just gone and bought or made yourself the best quality milk kefir :).
You can shake it up in a shaker stir it in, or blend it. I prefer to blend mine in a shaker because it seems to get it fizzier than in a blender. But beware the shaker because this can get quite explosive some days so go easy and open the lid carefully. It's probably safer to use the blender in the case of explosive vs neat and safe.
Once you've made this it'll actually last a few days in the fridge. Pour over your granola or put some on top like we did. So yummy.
