I can Pickle that! (without vinegar)

Pickles will be ready so let's go! Pickles don't need vinegar and the best sour is the Lactic acid kind - your gut will love it but you will really love the refreshing sour bite. It'll be one of our first batches of the season!  Fill and take home your own jar to ferment and eat later. They'll be ready in time for the late January long weekend. YUM.  Go forth and make these and other similar ferments for the whole season with brazen confidence!

This will be held in Fitzroy and the next day in Daylesford. 

Bring your own 1 litre jar of buy one of ours.
