Last workshop of the year!! Here in Fitzroy - come and make a batch of red kraut to ferment at home on your bench and be ready just in time for a special late December lunch. :) It'll go well with a generous spread of labneh - which we'll demonstrate and then ball up together to take home - ready to eat straight away or to save for your lunch.
Bring a 1 litre jar for your kraut, and a smaller one for your labneh. (or buy from us).
