Duii vinegar concentrate
7 years clay pot fermented brown rice vinegar. I've been wishing for this for a long time - driving around, in the shower - whenever I was dreaming of my next ferment to make. But I didn't have the skills for it nor could I find anyone else out there making it. Until Duii called me and asked if we'd like to join forces so to speak. Collaborate. I kind of manifested it into being.... we are diluting it to sell ready for drinking. But you can buy this and use it yourself in drinks, on salads, on rice for sushi. Cocktails too. Fizzy water or flat. On ice is best. We are proudly putting our stamp on this product. And are in awe of their techniques and massive amounts they ferment. Crazy stuff. The fruits and herbs are fermented IN the crock, not added by us last minute. If you've been buying Braggs ACV then you need to try this - much gentler, more rounded and long - the rice gets an almost caramelised burnt honey flavour. The Siwu - 4 Chinese herbs is my personal favourite and contains Angelica sinensis, Paeonia lactiflora, Ligusticum chuanxiong hort and Rehmannia glutionsa. All great combo's for women of all ages.
